Calendars and planners are ready-made and we ship them as soon as possible
Good news for US customers: we are shipping planners for them from the USA! The shipping cost is $10 for 1-2 planners, then $5 will be added for each next one.
We are planning to list more artworks with the delivery from the US. Stay tuned!
Our posters and non-stretched canvases are hand-printed within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
Stretched canvas prints may have 5 – 7 business days of manufacturing time.

Worldwide delivery: UPS Standard & Expedited is a safe, reliable door-to-door service that includes up to three delivery attempts. Please keep tracking your order number here!
For Latin America, we use «ЕМS» expedited courier, an international fast door-to-door delivery service, represented in each country, The list of their postal operators worldwide is here Usually, it is the priority service of the national post in your country.
Depending on the destination country, the delivery time varies from 3 to 9 working days.
This time can be exceeded at the “holiday rush” – December – beginning of January
Attention! We cannot guarantee delivery time to countries where pandemic restrictions are active. 
As soon as we ship the purchased item to your address, we will send you an email with a tracking number that allows you to keep track of a postal item online.


Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Unfortunately, there is no way we can tell how much these charges will be.  Contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

Return and Exchange Policy

Each item from our shop is produced under the individual order and can be exchanged or refunded only in case of faulty (scratched, spotted) or damage during the shipping. We want to pay your attention to the fact that the color rendering of the purchased prints and posters may not match the color of the image on your monitor, which is not considered to be faulty. It depends on the individual settings of your computer and its technical specifications. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please claim the fault or damage within 5 days of delivery by email to  to refund or to get the substitution. Please attach a photo of the damaged item with a detailed description of the problem.

If your order would be lost in sending (it happens very rarely), we will send you the same items again. The order is considered to be lost if it does not arrive at you in 1 month after the day we sent you. Please track your order and contact us if you see the delivery time is more than expected, we are happy to investigate the case immediately and find your parcel!
Please note that during pandemics restrictions delivery time may be extended, and it is beyond our control.

We answer your letters immediately when we see them, though our working time is from Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, Helsinki time (GMT+3:00). We reply to you on a daily manner during weekends.
